Assalamualaikum wr wb..
Hello friends :) woahh this is the last chapter of "successful time management" books. I hope you are enjoy when reading from the first chapter. The last chapter is scheduling. Scheduling is very important right? For the future information, you must read this. Let's we discuss !
Chapter 7
Scheduling is an organizational form. Scheduling allows you to do only specific work. Scheduling also allows you to :
1. Ensure you've a lot of time for all of your necessary tasks and functions .
2. Cut off unproductive interruptions.
3. A lot time for yourself for break.
4. Identify whether or not a goal is SMART.
If there is a time left, it can be scheduled to help you be as productive as possible. You must use a list of priority activities as a guide for filling out these hours
#Scheduling Options
1. Long term schedules
In order to achieve the long term schedules, we need to manage time effectively. A long-term schedule lets you plan for how you will reach the long-term goals. You can start a long-term schedule with a master schedule that lists those fixed tasks that you identified in the previous section. Then you can fill in what you estimate to be the required time that will be required each week in order to complete a project on time. But you should know what you need to achieve that week in order to meet that month's goals, which will lead you to making that quarter's goals and then your goals for the year.
2. Medium term schedules
If your work tends to cycle over a month-long period, then use a month as the basic length of time for your medium-term schedule. Don't forget to schedule time to get your scheduling done for the next month either.
3. Short term schedules
A short-term schedule refers to a daily schedule. Your daily schedule not only helps you make sure that you are working on the most important things first, but it also serves as a record for what you have accomplished.
I was very agree that scheduling can be organized all of our activity. Scheduling also allow us to do a specific work. This chapter is very useful for me because i have a trouble in scheduling my time. So,this ebook is very guided me to manage my time.

CHAPTER 5
5.
Managing Interruption.
Everyone has a different priorities and roles. Starting from the boss, to the subordinates have different activities too. This causes an interruption. None of us is entirely free of responsibility for some of the interruptions in our workday. If there are so many interruptions, then take the steps to eliminate interruptions that you have.
For that, this ebook have some way for us to manage the interruptions.
1. Avoid the activity such as work multiple project at once,be a procrastinators, accept the non-work calls, chatting, and answer all the email receive.
2. Before calling a meeting, determine if it is truly necessary or not. Can you handle it by email or a short conference call? Don't take your time and the time of other people unless a meeting is truly the best way to achieve your goal.
3. If you have a feature "do not disturb" on your phone system, use it. The feature allows you to direct calls to your voicemail rather than having the phone ring in your office. Then when it is convenient for you, you can respond
4. Trying to say 'no' is not a bad thing. When you are in a busy activity, you may say 'no' so that your work is not interrupted. You can try to be polite and ask to change the schedule so you can come to their event.
5. Prioritize your email and ask others to do the same by using an appropriate subject heading. Not every email is urgent. So use the indication of urgent conservatively and ask others to use it sparingly as well. Your email subject should be clear and indicate whether or not a response is needed.

CHAPTER 6
6.
Managing Procrastination
When you are focusing on something other than what you should be focusing on according to your priorities and the priorities of your organization, you are procrastinating. Another more scientific definition comes from psychologist Clarry Lay. He states that procrastination is the gap between the time that we intend to perform a task and the time that we actually perform it. That gap of time could actually be applied to the task that you are avoiding, getting it completed and out of your way that much sooner.
There are some indicators of procrastinators, such as :
1. Finding reasons to leave your desk when you start working on a high-priority task.
2. Leaving something on your to do' list that is actually important
3. Deciding to postpone working on something until you feel like it, have more energy, or are in a better mood
4. Reading emails repeatedly without deleting, filing, or responding.
For that, there are some tips for you to manage the procrastinations.
1. When you are disorganized, you need to learn the tools that will help you normal part your habit, so you need to give yourself the time for all. For example, make a rule that you will not leave for the day without clearing up your work space. The next is,plan your day according to what the most important things to achieve that day are.
2. Realize that no one is perfect and interruption will occur. Instead of letting this cause you to procrastinate, consider it a challenge to your problem-solving skills. Practice some stress-management techniques so that you are prepared for those when problems arise.
3. Take the task and break achievable tasks with the easiest or fastest tasks first so that you feel some sense of accomplishment. Reward yourself as you complete each sub-task.

Successful Time Management : Chapter 3 and 4
Assalamualaikum wr

Hello
friends, this is the chapter 3 and 4 about “Successful Time Management” books.
Here we go...
CHAPTER
3
3.
Goal setting
Based
on the ebook “successful time management” , goal setting is a powerfull tool
that can use to motivate and challenge employees or yourself. In 1990,Locke and
Dr.gary Latham said that employees were motivate by having a goal to work
towards and reaching that goal improved work performance overal. The author
also explain about the S.M.A.R.T Goals. There are :
- Specific = When a goal is specific, then you’ll have clearly identified what it is that you expect to be accomplished.
- Measurable = Each goal that you set should be measurable so that you have a means of ascertaining how far along you are in reaching the goal as well as when the goal will be complete.
- Attainable = Before you start work, you need to be sure that the goals can really be achieved. If not, you need to removing those restraints or lowering the level of the goal so that it becomes attainable.
- Realistic = If a goal is to be realistic, it must be something that you are willing and able to work towards.
- Timely = The final component of the SMART goals strategy is timely. Without adding a time restriction to your goals, you don't have the necessary motivation to get going as soon as possible.

Tools for Prioritization
Prioritization is the ability
to make the best and effective to use of your time, ability, and resources as
well. When you feel like work is never-ending, prioritization is what will help
you spend your time wisely and move forward on the goals that are the most
important. You need to learn how to determine whether or not the sudden urgent
request from someone else is truly important in relationship to your goals and
your priorities. This ebook also gave an example chart to decide what is
important, not important, urgent and not urgent. See below!
The
priority are quadrant 1 and 2, then quadrant 3 and 4 are not your priority.
The another tools is to make a
decision. When you aren't certain how to make a decision because you can't seem
to identify good criteria, a paired comparison analysis can be useful. You
start by creating the paired comparison chart. Assign a letter (A-D) to each of
the four items you are trying to prioritize. Then create a grid with each item
as a row heading and a column heading.
That’s
all from me,thank you for reading. See you in the next chapter !

The Differences Between Education in Indonesia and Finland
Hello everyone ! ๐ Welcome back with me and this is my fourth blog hihi.
For your information,i studied in educational management. Why? Because i love teaching and childern. Education is very important, isn't it? If the country has a good education also the development of the country will increase quickly. Talking about education, every country has a different system or rules, right? Here i will telling you about the differences of education in Finland and our country Indonesia. Why finland? I think finland is the one of the best education system in the world so let's see how the differences.
1. In finland, the childern started to get to school when they already 7 years old. But in indonesia when the childern is 4-5 years old,the parents take them into a playgroup or kindergartens. The problem is when they enter to elementary school, they must be able to read and take the test.
2. For the teacher,in finland, the teachers only spends 4 hours a day in the class and has 2 hours every week to dedicated a "professional development".
In indonesia, the teacher teach from 7 am to 3 pm non stop. Imagine how tired they are.
3. In indonesia, kindergarten also has a homework now, even though it is just write a thick line or number.
But in finland, before they are teenagers, they will not be given a homework.
4. In Finland, the number of teachers is the same as the number of teachers in New York, but the number of students handled is much less. In indonesia, the number of teachers compared to students is very far, in one regular class there are 35 students and 1 teacher.
5. For the curriculum in finland, national curriculum is only general. Every teacher is given the freedom to develop his teaching method. In indonesia, teachers must follow the curriculum of the government that is almost every 5 years changing.
Beside the differences, all country has a purpose to educate the childern and want a good result. I hope the education in indonesia be better than now and the government can facilitate everything nicely.
That's all from me,thank you for reading and see you next time ๐

Men VS Women
Men continue to expect women to think and react like men, and women expect men to feel and behave like women. Without a clear awareness of our differences, we don’t take the time to understand and respect each other. We become demanding, resentful, judgmental, and tolerant. When men and women are able to respect and accept their differences then love has a chance to blossom.
Today i will sharing about Men from Mars and Women from Venus.
Here is some the differences between men and women. Check this out !
Men and women have a different personality right? For the example about the appreaciating. Men likes their abilities appreciated and hate being ignored, while women loves their feelings recognised and appreciated.
Then, for the occupation or job,men likes to work himself and train her skills with solve the problem quickly. But women likes being a teamwork and train her feelings through a communicate with others.
When a man doing a communication, they want to the point and want to listen if its important. While women communicate for herself and loves to listen without any terms.
Then, when a man has a problem,he won't the other people express the concern but he loves to listen that he was able to solve the problem with his abilities. When a women has a problem, she wants the other people express the concern and she wants a solution after she express all of her problems and feelings.
In a relationship, a man needs to feel that his attentions are needed, and a woman needs to feel that her needs are attended. To achieve this, a man has to express his desire to fulfil her needs and her worthiness to receive his care, and a woman has to express her desire for his care and his worthiness to fulfil her needs. Both must remember to appreciate, accept, and forgive the other, and avoid blaming them when they fail.
Beside the differences,we have to know that we must love and respect each others without any terms. ๐ Thank you

Naming Traditions
Assalamualaikum wr wb...
Every country has their own uniqueness right? There was so many various kinds of culture and traditions. For the example, giving the name. In every family, they usually give the surname to their generation. A surname is a part of their cultural identity. Many cultures have different customs for how names are passed from generation to generation. So in this article, i will share about the naming traditions in 5 country. Let's check this out.
1. Indonesia (Bali)
Balinese children are named according to birth order. First born are named as Wayan and Putu.
Made or Kadek for a second born baby. The third born named as Nyoman or Komang and the fourth is Ketut. All of the names above can be for either boys or girls.
2. Korea
Korean names are written with the family name first. It usually consists of one syllable and the given name is usually two syllables. For the example,if "Sunghee" has the family name “Han” his name will be written Han Sunghee.
3. China
Chinese are made up of three characters. A one-character family name followed by a two-character given name. The child’s official name is used for the birth certificate and for school. Chinese children often have a different name that is used among friends, schoolmates, and colleagues.
4. Japan
Japanese people are usually named on the seventh day after birth. Girls are given names that are associated with virtues, while boys are given names that have to do with their position in the family.
5. Spain and Latin America.
When a child is born, they receive two surnames, the first from the first surname of the father and the second from the first surname of the mother. This naming tradition makes it possible for the mother to never lose her maiden surname and therefore her name is carried on to the next generation. For example,Teodoro Lopez Corazones + Maria Andujo Melandez = Pedro Lopez Andujo. After marriage, spanish surnames do not change. Both the bride and groom keep their birth names. It is socially acceptable, however, to refer to the wife as ‘Senora de’ (meaning ‘wife of’) and the husband’s last name.
So unique,isn't it?
